Bako ApS (Bako) is a trading company that sells frozen fish products throughout the world.

Bako collects standard personal data in order to:

·         send you newsletters and information about our products and events, and

·         provide you with the goods and services you have ordered

·         Purchases in our web shop: Name, address and delivery information

·         Newsletter: When you have given your consent, we save your email address and delete it again when you withdraw your consent

How does the company process your data? Bako treats personal data confidentially and ensures that only staff that requires access to your personal data has access to it. We only use personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation.

·         the carrier company (your name and delivery address)

·         the carrier company (any remarks from you regarding a delivery)

Right to rectification (correction): You are entitled to have incorrect information about you corrected.
